By accessing or using the website at yorbalindasunrooms.com (the "Site") or by requesting services from Yorba Linda Sunrooms & Patios("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.
Yorba Linda Sunrooms & Patios is a licensed sunroom and patio contracting company based in Yorba Linda, California. We provide residential sunroom additions, patio enclosures, screen room installation, and related outdoor living construction services to homeowners in Yorba Linda and surrounding communities.
The Site is provided as an informational resource and as a means for prospective customers to request estimates and contact our office. Viewing the Site does not create a contractor-client relationship. That relationship is established only through a signed written contract.
All estimates provided by Yorba Linda Sunrooms & Patios, whether verbal, written, or submitted through the Site, are non-binding until a formal written contract is signed by both parties. Estimates are based on information available at the time of assessment. Unforeseen site conditions - including but not limited to subsurface obstructions, drainage issues, structural irregularities, or HOA restrictions discovered after work has begun - may affect the final cost.
Any change to the scope of work after a contract is signed requires a written change order agreed to by both parties. We will notify you promptly if conditions arise that may affect the original estimate.
Project start dates are estimates based on our current schedule and permit approval timelines. We will communicate promptly if the scheduled start date needs to change. Permit review timelines are controlled by the applicable city or county building department and are outside our control.
If you need to cancel or postpone a scheduled project, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation terms, including any applicable deposit forfeiture or cancellation fees, will be specified in your signed contract. No cancellation fee applies to estimate appointments - only to projects where a contract has been signed and work has commenced or materials have been ordered.
Payment schedules are established in each individual contract. Typical arrangements include a deposit at contract signing, one or more progress payments, and a final payment upon project completion and your satisfaction with the work. Specific percentages and milestones will be outlined in your written contract.
Invoices not paid within the period specified in your contract may be subject to a late payment charge as stated in that contract. We reserve the right to suspend work on a project if a scheduled payment is significantly overdue and not being actively resolved.
We accept payment by check, bank transfer, or other methods specified in your contract. We do not accept cash for project payments.
For all projects requiring a building permit, Yorba Linda Sunrooms & Patioswill submit the permit application to the applicable city or county building department as part of our standard service. Permit fees are the responsibility of the customer and will be itemized in your written contract.
If your property is subject to HOA approval for exterior construction, you are responsible for initiating that approval process unless otherwise specified in your contract. We can assist with HOA submission materials, but HOA timelines and decisions are outside our control. Work will not begin until all required permits and approvals are in hand.
Yorba Linda Sunrooms & Patios warrants all workmanship against defects arising from our installation for a period specified in your written contract. Manufacturer warranties on materials, glass, framing systems, and hardware are passed through to you and are subject to each manufacturer's terms.
Our workmanship warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, modifications made by others, acts of nature, vandalism, or ordinary wear and tear. It also does not cover issues arising from conditions present on your property before work began that were not disclosed to us or that were not discoverable through a standard site assessment.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yorba Linda Sunrooms & Patios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services or the use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a specific project shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us for that project. Nothing in these terms limits liability for personal injury or death caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes and may not reflect the most current conditions or pricing.
We prefer to resolve any disputes directly and informally. If you have a concern, please contact us at contact@yorbalindasunrooms.com and we will make a good-faith effort to reach a resolution.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Yorba Linda, California, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Each party shall bear its own legal fees and costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of the Site or our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings not subject to the arbitration clause above shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.
All content on the Site - including text, images, logos, and design elements - is owned by or licensed to Yorba Linda Sunrooms & Patiosand is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written permission.
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting revised terms on the Site with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site or our services after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If a change materially affects your rights under an existing contract with us, we will notify you directly.
